This Privacy Policy applies only to bullbuzz.com and only covers information collected at bullbuzz.com, and does not cover any information collected at any other website or offline by BullBuzz, LLC. Information is collected at bullbuzz.com for basic site registration; game/contest participation; and the purchase of services. The registration forms require users to give us contact information, including, name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. We use customer contact information from the registration form(s) for customer support and to send the user information about bullbuzz.com and promotional material from some of our partners. The participant's contact information is also used to contact the participant when necessary. This information is shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis. You will also be required to select a User ID, and password for use on bullbuzz.com. You will also be required to certify that you are at least 18 years old or older as required in jurisdictions where the minimum age for use of the bullbuzz.com is greater than 18. The personal information related to your account on bullbuzz.com will be used to confirm various financial transactions, and to verify age as required. Your information must be complete, accurate and up to date. SECURITY/CONFIDENTIALITY BullBuzz, LLC has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. BullBuzz, LLC will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside BullBuzz, LLC, other than to the participant or as described in this Privacy Policy. Internal security staff for protection against emerging threats continually monitors our operating systems. All hardware systems are further protected by state-of-the-art firewall technology. Although no technology is foolproof or completely secure, BullBuzz, LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain the security of its user database. All past and present BullBuzz, LLC employees must comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and are obligated to keep participant information strictly confidential. CHOICE/OPT-OUT Bullbuzz.com provides participants the opportunity to opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us, and from our partners, at the point of registration. In the alternative, participants may remove their information from our database to not receive future communications by: sending an email to: privacy@bullbuzz.com or mailing a written request to BullBuzz, LLC, Attn: Opt-Out, (address), (city), (state) (zip). LIMITS OF CONFIDENTIALITY BullBuzz, LLC may be required, under certain circumstances, to disclose its participants' personal information: when BullBuzz, LLC, in good faith, believes it is required to do so in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or other valid law enforcement measures; where it is reasonably necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce BullBuzz, LLC's rights; or when it is required for tax reporting purposes due to certain prize thresholds being exceeded. Further, BullBuzz, LLC can, and you authorize us to, disclose your contact information to third party agents of BullBuzz, LLC as we, in our sole discretion, believe is required or appropriate in connection with an investigation of any unlawful activity or activity that may expose BullBuzz, LLC to legal liability. BullBuzz, LLC may disclose your contact information to third party service providers who use your contact information to provide services to us in respect of your being a participant in the CONTEST. All recipients of your contact information shall be bound by applicable data protection laws to keep your contact information private at a level equal to or greater than that by which we are bound. CONSENT By opening an Account with bullbuzz.com, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
